The concept is great, but the producers need to take some notes from the show with a similar concept, Four Weddings. On Four Weddings none of the contestants rate anyone until the end, and instead of giving 1 to 10 ratings, they rank their competitors first through third (obviously they exclude themselves from the ranking). You have to keep the drama in it because it makes it entertaining, but this would make the scoring more fair and would stop them from giving low ratings just to boost their own chances.
