Am honest and sometimes difficult to watch program portraying family life and the struggle of coping with a child born with a chromosomal disorder. A thread of dark humour runs threw the series mainly focusing around Simon Yates and his struggle to cope with his own shortcomings. Well acted by all the cast but especially Miley Locke and Edan Hayhurst (Rosie & Ben Yates), Though I did feel that at least in part it was softened for the audience, such as the immense amount of effort that parents have to undergo to protect there children from physical danger around the house which was not really fully portrayed and to some extend Bens relationship with Rosie and his loss of childhood as a result of Rosie being the centre of focus. Overall an enlightening and worthwhile tragicomedies by Shaun Pye that everyone should see at least once.
