I purchased this book after some frustration with cost of living and feeling like I had to sacrifice variety/quality in my diet because of cost. When I read Chelsea's introduction of this book I was immediately excited to use it.
She has divided the cookbook up into 10 weeks of "meal plans". Each week is given a shopping list and the recipes in that week have overlapping ingredients as to minimise food wastage- for me as a single person I pick 3 recipes in that week and reheat each the following night. It is honestly a very practical and realistic approach to a cookbook.
She also indicates tags for each recipe so that you can easily see if they are gluten free, vegetarian or if there's an option in the recipe to easily change the meal to cater to those diets.
Would recommend this book to anyone, absolutely amazing 😍
