I had a trial and assumed that show didn’t have subtitles and when I paid a month of $19.99 it magically had subtitles. I’ve now had neon 2 months and decided I wanted to cut it off as i didn’t want to pay $19.99, I cancelled my plan after they took the money out and now it won’t load properly, it keeps buffering and these are all episodes I’ve downloaded so doesn’t need internet which annoys me even more. I won’t purchase it again.
