AoE is what got me into gaming way back in the day and I’ve loved them all, I’m loving this one as well but the reason I’m not giving it a 5 star review is cause they took the blood and gore out of it. That is a necessity to an AoE game, it feels like I’m playing a completely different game without it! It’s 2021 I expect to see horses being impaled by my archers spikes and bodies decaying in a pool of blood after a battle and this game removed all of that.

This show isn’t Halo, they just used the name and made something completely different!
