Really how much did she have to experience and cry out for someone to help her! I felt she wasnโt heard until she spoke from the grave. This law needs to be federal not just Ohio. It was inhumane making her decrease pain meds to make her testimony of sound mind.
And in the end at least she did get what she wanted for him to plead guilty and be sentenced for life!
