Whilst IT is a great time, IT Chapter 2 is kinda crap. Not only is it essentially the first film without the charm or surprise but it's a poor pastiche of other better horror movies. It may have a great cast that elevates it more than it deserves but it's a case of the Die Hard's with the "how can the same **** happen to the same guy twice". Can't wait for the reboot which will be the third same movie as the first, much like the second movie before the first one just with more nostalgia and less Tim Curry. Definitely a case of over hype from people with short term memory loss. IT...clown scares kids, they follow it to it's underground "lair" and kill it...IT 2...clown scares grown-up's (or the self same kids) they follow it to its"lair" and kill it. Sweet! There's nothing like variety...and this is nothing like variety.
