I had watched this movie for the 1st time in theatre in India by 1973 or 74 while I was just 14 year old. Loved the movie so much that I went 4 times to re watch the movie just to hear the Elton John's Mitchell song. After 42 years I came across this movie which brought back my teenage memories. Each and scene and sequence were as fresh as new even now. The best romantic movie I have ever seen so far.

I was particular that this movie, i should watch on big screen though next day it was to be screened on OTT Zee5 platform. And my decision was bang right. Mesmerizing scenery from northern Kerala was portrayed magically, the language Malayalam i was not fully conversant being a Gujarati myself but subtitles helped a lot besides Kannur side Malayalam dilect is not easy to decipher, but I did enjoy each and every dialogue..What a marvelous direction. In short all the spheres of filming was well taken care of. I think Arjun Ashokan is under-rated hero, but has great potential. Each and every actor has brought out their best performance, including Ramla the caretaking kind neighbour. This type of storyline mind-blowing
