One Battle After Another had everything it needed to be extraordinary — Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Benicio del Toro, Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor — yet it collapsed under its own ambition. The film was all over the place: too long, too messy, and too empty. The script failed to engage, the pacing dragged endlessly, and the constant action scenes felt like filler rather than storytelling. It had potential, but it never found its soul. I still can’t believe that cast signed up for something this hollow. ⭐️ 1.5/5.
