Hard to watch yet alone understand! Some of the acting was wooden, corny and hard to understand. Absolutely no reflection on the book at all. Violent, tasteless and bad acting sums it all up sadly, prime TV, it could have been but has just missed the plot!

What an amazing selection of high quality British Actors, unbeatable, but what the hell made them do this ludicrous atrocity called drama.. it was sheer piffle, rubbish to the core. I was looking so forward to it, watched till end, hoping for the bite at the end. Woke at its best, utter waste of our money. Think I need a G&T now !
