My wife is Native and Iโm Mexican. A lot of us Mexicans grow up knowing that Natives exist but not knowing much about them and their hardships. This movie went into depth on what Natives have gone through and what they are still going through. It gave me a better understanding and helped me appreciate my wife and her traditions a lot more.
