By far the worse documentary I have ever seen. I worked in a Dr Office helping people lose weight abs fight diabetes. I have seen several blood work and different exames that showed pre diabetes and diabetes becoming health again eating a Paleo diet and Keto diet (when necessary).
A1Cs of 9.7 going down to 5.5/ 5.3 on ketogenic diets while cholesterol is improved tremendously…
Oh yes, that’s because they were FAR AWAY from a vegan diet.
