Loved this show. This shit is so hilarious.

Some of the cgi in this movie are the best I have ever seen. Visuals aren’t everything but I will say some scenes really blew my mind with how well they were edited. Acting is pretty good and the story is m, well, the story of dune. I personally think this was a good movie and I’ve searched it a couple of times and will again. Not some absolute masterpiece of a film but a very good one nonetheless

It’s not bad but not good either. I think most who think it’s “absolutely amazing” are holding on to the first one and wanting this one to be good so bad. It’s just not there and we should just move on from it. Special fx are decent. But there’s so much of the story that is rushed through and really comes off as some lazy writers who were betting on the name “independence day” to gain money through the name alone. It’s not the worst movie ever like some say but it’s definitely not some masterpiece like others are saying. I’ll say this. I watched the whole thing but will not go out of my way to watch again. Really I think it’s 2.5 out of 5 and not 3/5 but there’s no option for that. I’d put this movie somewhere with Jupiter ascending. Good visuals but lazy writing and subpar acting. No genuine feeling from the acting at all. I watched this having seen no reviews at all so completely unbiased here and I think it will go down as a mediocre movie.
