I don't know what this movie is, but it's not TMNT. The humor is written for 5 or 6 year old boys and dragged out a milking joke to the point of annoyance.
The movie throws out all of the lore written by the creators and reboots into a poor imitation of the real TMNT. The movie is just pop culture references, which are mostly from the 90's, that the target audience probably doesn't understand.
Poor music choices, bad animation, horrible humor and a total disregard of all that came before makes a forgettable movie.
