This movie is very close to what is written in the book. It is a great depiction of the historical story and it hits many facts of how indigenous people have been treated. I was torn about how to interpret the ending and the focus on the men's story instead of the Osage women and families. I would have loved to have seen this movie filmed through the eyes of Molly and her sisters. I think that would be a real eye opener. I highly recommend reading the book and seeing the movie. Well worth experiencing both!
