I’ve been wanting to read this for a while and when I finally got the chance to, it was a huge letdown. Lucy was head over heels and obsessed with someone who couldn’t even care less about her. She was so delusional that while reading, I seriously wanted to knock some senses into her. Again she just sounded way too obsessed with Gabe and put him on a pedestal while all he does is live his life and forget about her but hits her up just like any ex that doesn’t want you but also wants to know if you’ll still be there waiting. Lucy let it consume her life and honestly, I don’t even feel bad for her because again, she’s delusional. She let it ruin her life by cheating on her husband and basically betraying her kids. All for a guy who clearly doesn’t want her but loves that he has her in a chokehold. Lucy was just too messy, not making up her mind and two-timing. Overall, the book was just awful I had to write a review.
