I would like to know if the families of loved ones who died in assisted living facilities because of how the governor's made them admit infected patients, can sue those governor's. It seems to me that they should be held accountable for the many that have died in those facilities. And what really tops this heap is the health commissioner of Pa, Rachel Levene, who moved her mom from a nursing home facility before she flooded them with virus patients. Her reason "my mother wanted to move" I think that would hold water if it wasn't a hotel that you moved her to.
