WASTE OF TIME. The people who run this site need better customer service. First, they don’t understand anything you say over the phone and give you a fake quote that ends up being more. Secondly, I scheduled for last week and then they reschedule me. Thirdly, I get numerous calls about final prices and such. Finally, I get one last call from Mike stating he can’t make the move. When they were aware of my location, items, and timing from the beginning. They told me they had “rules” and when I asked for an explanation, I got none. They claimed I’ll get a refund of my deposit but I’ll be lucky if I do. DON‘T MOVE WITH THEM. Scam.
