There are many reasonable questions raised about programs that I, as a conservative, would not support but these are, for me, countered by the fondness for the current political slogans used by cultural marxists. Seeing ongoing criticism based on colonialism, white supremacy (implied), Christianity, climate change, Covid 19 responses, support for BLM, WHO etc... and a desire to allow demonstrably corrupt enterprises and cultures to control taxpayer money. Democracy is potentially a tool for mob rule and is no panacea for what ails us. Gates may not be a nice man but he's probably no more dishonest than plenty of other people with power so should not be singled our while, say, politicians are ignored. Still a recommended read though.
