Kris Marshall's character is pretty psychotic...he was much better in "Death in Paradise.
Season 2 Ep. 3 of "Murder" the forensic guy says "...the weapon was a semi-automatic..." the rifle recovered from the killer's property was a bolt action. One more incident of sloppy police work!!!
