What an understated performance by Varun Dhwani! He impresses all and sundry with his nuanced potrayel and brings life and soul to "Dan" , the quintessential Delhi boy! Sujit Sarker, take a bow! Loved the metaphors used in the movie! The supporting cast is the pillar of strength of "October". Shiuli's "mom" deserves a special mention. The costume designer, please take a bow! Those maheshwari saris were to die for! Btw this movie belongs to Varun Dhawan! He edged quite a few steps forward towards the national award with this one!
