3.5 stars. It took a long time to get going, some scenes were dragged out too long, but the last two big set pieces, one underwater and one in the air, were outstanding and rescued the film.
You need to know the backstory and seen the first part to have any clue as to what’s going on.
It does feel the franchise has run its course so a decent way to end.
