In Australia we take our freedom for granted... this story explains the perils of a young lady's life during the war time in Lebanon. To read of the joy of childhood taken far to soon and their lives, their homes and family once held so dear taken away by war. This is certainly a book to take us out of our comfort zone as we follow on with the many challenges that Chadia had to overcome. Reading of the brave journey that Chadia took for her freedom was filled with turbulence and pain but throughout it all she remained steadfast in her faith in God and her hopes for a brighter future. Excellent reading with an inspiring message of hope.
