What a bad use of a few good actors (Eisenberg, Michael Mando, Alexander Skarsgard) and an interesting idea. Too many implausible, contrived twists. And Salma Hayek as a high-level tech CEO? Give me a break. I turned off the film at the point where she tells a potential hire that she just “had a feeling” he was out there. “Billions” series does a superb job of tackling hi tech stock trading but not at quite such a high level as high-speed trading. Maybe the Hummingbird Bird Project is trying to ride on the coattail of Billions series.
