Many people giving this movie a low rating are not very savvy when it comes to Hispanic religious culture. There are many phrases and forms of speech only understandable in Spanish. The ending is supposed to be vague. Along with the rest of the movie there are various hidden messages and symbols that either foreshadow or give hindsight to events that have occurred. I definitely recommend this movie for an entertaining, suspenseful, confusing ride.
