The show is incredibly great. They should do a korean Grey's anatomy type of spin off on this and of course, keep medical cases as realistic as possible. They should do a seasons 2,3, and 4. Introducing more characters, more realistic case scenarios and controversies. Just saying that's how great the show is. They can also introduce other roles like physical and occupational therapy, everyone, and every department coming together during the times of struggle and need. This series has serious potential.
