I personally felt the book was wonderful. Easy on the reading, factual... not for sure on each account, but the message is CLEAR. We need to get right with God.

Started out good, but then didn’t make sense. First he leaves cause he doesn't like the way everything is in his time, but does in the other. Then he tells the woman to stir things up in her world which is what leads to the world he now lives in. Wishy washy.

The movie is a good movie but it lacks some certain fundamentals number one familiarizing yourself with the boat. number two have a backup plan, number three gather all needed supplies and last of all a battery out of saltwater, not good. And most of all never leave the boat, unless it's truly sinking. ETC.
