This film revutionized movies. No work quite like ever before has truly encapsulated "movie magic". The special effects bring a sense of awe and wonder to a film critic on how it was pulled off so convincingly, especially for the time, yet somehow intigrated and composited flawlessly, as the characters in the film feel at the awe of real life dinosaurs. Though mostly accurate for the time, the films depiction of dinosaurs some 32 years later is obviously, outdated, but nonetheless pioneered the ideas that dinosaurs were often more birdlike and less lumbering, dull, sluggish and savage beasts, but more active, intelligent, and even social creatures. The acting and casting in this film are perfection, with snappy dialogue thst is informative, intuitive in delivery of alot of exposition, and also contains depth and substance, lending to more to gain with subsequent viewings. The iconic score by John Williams elvevates every moment in this film to unimaginable heights, and too is full of wonder, whimsy, thrills, and even forboding terror. The love and care that went into crafting this film and the park that it exists in as well as its crew and attractions, nothing short of perfection is on display here. An instant classic.
