This is the first time I have ever written a review regarding a game, so where do I start? The errors are frustrating because after completing a 2 hour horde, you get nothing for it. The mechanics for multiplayer are terrible. It feels as though it is no longer about skill. The wallbounce/speed/movement feel so much slower than previous games. They dropped loot boxes and charge an insane amount for $*** items. Literally a copy of Apex Legends, except with worse items and more expensive... The multiplayer maps are few and the ones they have are lame. Not all characters are usable for escape/horde. The campaign had some cool concepts, I just wish it lasted longer. This way I could have justified spending the money I did on this game. I have been a die-hard Gears fan since day one, but have been totally let down with 5. The replay value is not there, so I have already started looking for another game. The game honestly feels like it was created and marketed by a mobile app company.
