Evolution Carnage

I am an avid horror movie enthusiast. This movie is was super excited for however it couldn't deliver lacked so much in the horror department all it had was cheap Jumpscares. So many plot holes its not even funny. And they give you clues to a twist that never comes. The ending is one of the worst films ive ever seen. This film is done in chapters and they have 6 chapters in total. This film could have been at least to chapters shorter. The worst part is the ending doesn't amount to anything. You sit wondering why why what is the mystery or motive and it doesn't even have an ending. Lots of interesting imagery but man it doesn't even lead to anything. The cops are dumber than rocks. Minor spoiler but the cops go to search a house and let the people know they are going to search the house well in advanced which makes no sense why are we letting people suspected of a crime know they are being searched. Horrible film. Acting was good. But not even super likeable characters. Don't waste the time. Watch midsommar instead.
