Why the 'white' culture thinks all and any other cultures 'have to' be like them is beyond me.
I'm so sorry the American Native people had to go through this painful.
I only can hope someday, the American Native people will be acknowledged for their culture, knowledge, customs, religion, language, dress, and their self worthiness......by the 'white' culture and themselves.
Be proud.....prove them wrong, American Native people!
