This movie has got to be one of the best alt movies ever made!!! Me!! Being an editor for 10 years in the movie industry found this production to be out of this world !!! NPI !!! Some friends of mine said they did not like the new younger cast.... Hummm they are all A list players in my book ,,,,After I explane the time period of when the movie takes place and that you have to watch it with a new frame of mind..You can not let your brain compair it to the other alien movies plot line and cast members.... I believe viewers struggle with ""side"" stories..... Next off .... The opening is 100% flawless in how it was made with "OUR" 1979 tech. The Big buttons,CTR TV, Even the computer software boot up sequence, Lab works, with big tubes and hoses everywhere!!!! The CGI of droid Ash from 1979 is truly the best i have ever seen , concidering he passed 6 years ago.... Great job everyone that built this piece of art !!!!
