I really didn't like this book. I had to read it for my independent reading assignment at school and although the author uses very descriptive words, the novel felt very disconnected and hard to follow at times. It was borderline foul during some of the scenes and I genuinely felt like vomiting. The whole thing ended with a very anti-climactic finale and I was left feeling disappointed. Seriously, this book was so confusing I didn't even know what was going on half the time.
