Honestly this is a social team type game so unless theres a requirement for mics theres no point joining a group of people who cant communicate with team mates. Plus the mandatory crossplay with pc players is pointless. Consoles should stick with console players. Just leave the pc players to their own devices (mods). Or allow people to choose which systems to crossplay with.
