Fans laugh and critics dismiss him because the truth stings. Ratings drops are more about people watching online YouTube etc the next day than talent. Kimmel is both funny and courageous, and I enjoy his humor all the more because of the backlash. I've stayed up recently to watch live but will likely go back to getting to bed early and watch the next day on YouTube as well. Nevertheless, he has made a new subscriber to his YouTube Channel out of me.
