This show is believable, unlike the soapy medical shows on network TV. Noah Wyle is terrific in his portrayal of a doctor who heads an ER under stressful circumstances involving interns, student doctors, nurses and patients with a plethora of medical trauma. The drama is non-stop, heartbreaking and just so realistic in depicting the lives of both patients and the medical staff trying their best to save, treat and comfort them.
