I love the Hispanic references and the family dynamic is amazing and Xolo is amazing as Jamie Reyes but the villain is kind of dumb at times but other than that it’s amazing like it’s not even funny how good it is and the gadgets Jamie has are amazing and the way Jamie has to defeat carapax is so amazing that he realizes how he’s doing something dumb and OMG THE GRANDMA IS SO CRAZY SHE LITERALLY KILLS A GROUP OF PEOPLE AND Then when the Dad died I started sobbing and I made me cry more when Jamie’s family members were crying and screaming over his body and Victoria cord captured Jamie and he started screaming and I immediately was like (I've never heard or seen Blue Beetle before) I love Blue Beetle He’s now top 5 favorite characters ever and the scene were he got the scarab I actually was kind of scared
