The way this show literally ruined me at every twist and turn... my God. As a former social worker, this really pulled my heart strings. Kim Seo-Wan's story arc absolutely shattered me. The acting is incredibly and really immerses you. The visuals for different diagnoses are beautifully horrific and accurate. Just... bravo.
