-I was expecting way more thrill then they served. -The OG triology set the standards rlly high and this did not meet up with them AT ALL. It reached almost abt mid way on the expectation chart compared to the OGs. (if I'm being generous) -The plot was okay but it could have been way better, and YES some of the murder scenes were just dumb and already anticipated. There rlly wasnt much surprise element going on. -The gore was mid. -Overall it just scales down a lot as compared to the OGs. AND DO NOT come at me saying its all a new setup bcz if you put the 'fear street' title in it, you should've lived up to it a lot better or just a make a sperate damn movie if you're not going to include any reference, connections, background- ltrly anything of the OGs only with the exception of the town names?
