If ender dragon is the final boss villane of minecraft so there must be herobrine with some powers, not like a evil but yes, added to the world after a certain achievements or some other levels like something. Also at that time Notch should join the player who is going to fight herobrine. That must be a very interesting and enjoyable for some fans who watch minecraft series and streams.....
And if the suggestion is not acceptable then....no problem...
