The characters don’t even resemble (literally or figuratively) the characters in the source material anymore. What exactly is the point here? It’s senseless garbage.

I’m surprised that Disney/Marvel keeps doing these awful shows and films about characters that pretty much no one cares about. Especially when they have plenty of classic stories and plots to choose from featuring the tried and true Marvel characters, not D-listers like Echo…. or The Eternals…. or Moon Knight… or She-Hulk. The stuff that they are churning out is just bad.

Nowhere near the quality of the first three Marvel film/TV arcs. The show is awful; and now the film version is being made. I expect it to be awful as well.

I really disliked this one. The main characters are all incredibly boring, to the point of repeated watch-checking. The only parts of the film that I found enjoyable at all are the scenes with Wong. Seeing the Abomination looking as he should have years ago was also excellent, the CGI in that scene was wonderful. The rest of the film? Just awful. Don’t bother; you’ve been warned.

Absolutely awful. If you want a great story, read the book. The only thing that the film has in common with the book is the title. JUST THE TITLE! And a zombie apocalypse should be scary, yes? Well, my wife and I were either stunned into silence by the poor quality of the film, or laughing out loud at the ludicrous happenings onscreen. One out of five.
