Great acting, story line, action. The side of Ben Wade that has some humanity saves the entire group more than once. 90% of the film suspended my disbelief. The last scene was very hard to grasp. There was no doubt that Wade respected Evans, enough so that he was going to call off his boys and grant free passage to Evans. Why would he turn on his own men and execute the last remaining bunch. Bad men, yes, but men that risked their lives for him throughout the movie. There were several chances to change the outcome to something more believable.
