Hound of Baskervilles is the third novel written by Arthur Conan Doyle and to this day it is still considered one of the best investigation thrillers. People have all praised this certain novel because of the anticipation this novel builds and how it executes the twist at the end. The hound of Baskervilles follows the same "whodunnit" style. The novel investigates the death of Sir Charles Baskerville and it is the responsibility of Sherlock Holmes to solve it. Usually, in the Sherlock Holmes novel, Dr Watson is not given that much importance in the detective work but in this novel, Dr Watson is very active in doing the investigation. The novel is extraordinary and the ending will always give me chills. The suspense building is so good that it kept me on the edge of my seat. You can go through this book how many times you like and it will be as if we are reading this for the first time. I will recommend this book for a good investigation thriller.
