Breathed some fresh air in a franchise that stalled ever since T2. Curious to see what's next.

I think it was a right decision to approach Transformers theme, on more personal level. All those galactic where human characters appeared to be nothing more than insects, became tiring to watch and sympathize with. "Bumblebee" approached the story with a more confined and clean story of a girl with dreams and her friendship with her new friend, Bumblebee. While certainly more could be done in terms of character development, it is definetely an enjoyable movie.
