A drama about a juvenile judge who detest young offenders and shows different juvenile delinquency cases every episode. Such a very good eye-opener of how brutal and cruel some kids are capable of feeling no remorse and that they should be punished. The judge just tries to take an objective stance on offenders, victims, (delinquent) and their families. Eun-seok sees the crimes from a balanced point of view. Eun-seok just tries to charge them with their crimes to take full responsibility for what they did. It talks about juvenile issues in Korea, but they are also discussed all around the world
