It's an absolute train wreck and the only reason it is being renewed is to save all the left wing LGBT++++++ characters from oblivion. It is worse than Away and worse even than Defying Gravity, both of which were immediately canceled and should have been. At least the former two had viable main plots. Another Life doesn't. Who bets the lives of nearly 10 billion people on this wildly unprofessional group of 20 year olds with severe emotional problems? Nobody would ever do this. It is like a freshman dorm run by a senior year resident assistant.
