I love this show, but I notice that African American contestants don't win. Why? I was surprised today to see for the first time an African American last standing against another to make desserts, but of course, he didn't win and I knew he wouldn't because they ALWAYS choose a race other than African Americans, usually Caucasians, to win. And he lost out all because he didn't cut his bacon small enough from a previous round??? The judges had more negative things to say about the other (Caucasian) contestant, but yet that person won?? Come on! The judges on this show are NOT fair and they appear to be racist based on them never choosing African Americans to win.
