Will smith is clearly at his best here. The way he handles his expression, and manages to spark that feeling within you is an achievement in itself. I wonder what took me so long to get to this one. A pure emotional roller coaster this one is.

Pathaan is a peak example of everything that is wrong with Bollywood. Every megastar film revolves around the same narrative- a villain pitched against a ‘hero’, who has to look cool and do everything in slow motion to appear like a hero! Pathaan is the reason why strong storytelling was on the verge of collapse until small actors and OTT’s came in to save the day. I tried watching it on prime, just to see what the hype was for, and trust me, the first 20 minutes of the movie literally bored me to death. It’s like a 10 minute story converted to hours. And there are literally no good dialogues. The movie seems like it had been written around Shahrukh khan and the entire story is an attempt to glorify him and ride on his stardom and fan-hood. I feel the days of Shahrukh are now gone!

This is a drama that no one wanted. The storyline of the movie is just the exact opposite of its music. It is the most depressing movie ever produced. I was hoping till the end that maybe something exciting might come up, but no. This is an utter waste of time!
