Unfortunately, even before I get my Tread+, the service was subpar at best. My original delivery was yesterday, which I was super excited about after a long wait after placing order. Then, nobody contacted me during the original 2 hour window. I contacted Peloton and was told the warehouse was closed due to covid and someone would contact me. I would appreciate an earlier notice at least as I asked for leave to be at home to wait. And nobody said anything until I am the one who reached out. Then I contacted Peloton again today, coz again nobody gave me any update and I was promised my delivery would be prioritized by a special team for delay and I would be compensated. However, I just got an email with no apologies, but rescheduling for a month away. This is simply bad service, and leave such a bad taste.
Please remember, you may have a good brand so far, but there are tons of upscale fitness brands out there as well. So if you don't keep up the service, you can't last long
