Too wordy; too much unnecessary information. Very boring to read.
only good tips that won't be found in most books princible 1, 2 and the 5 magic hours, others information will be found in other books more enjoying to read.
In regards for marriage life, I can read other books faster, benefit more and be entertained from reading;

-Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel S.F. Heller
-and How to win friends & Influence people by Dale Carnegie (a Spouse is supposed to be a Friend after all, if not, then Best Friend).
